Andrew Trigg

Managing Partner

Andrew is a Managing Partner at the firm. He joined Graycliff’s predecessor firm HSBC Capital, the U.S. private equity arm of HSBC Group, in 2005. Prior to HSBC Capital, he was a vice president at DeltaPoint Capital, a private equity fund focused on small to mid market buyout transactions. Before DeltaPoint, Andrew was an associate at Capital Formation Group, a boutique investment banking firm. Andrew serves on the Board of Directors for several portfolio companies as well as on selected fund advisory boards. He received his BA Finance degree from the University of New York at Buffalo.
