Greg Olson

Operating partner

Greg is an Operating Partner at the firm.  Prior to joining Graycliff, Greg was Chief Development Officer at Ichor Systems (NASDAQ: ICHR).  Greg joined Ichor in 2017 after its acquisition of Graycliff portfolio company Talon Innovations.  At Talon, Greg served as CEO from 2012 to 2017, and grew organic EBITDA 10x over that period.  Previously, Greg spent 17 years at Graco Inc., a fluid handling OEM.  Greg earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering  from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
