Jason Caporrino

Managing Director - ASCEND

Jason is a Managing Director at the firm. He joined Graycliff in 2024 to co-lead Graycliff’s dedicated Ascend team. Prior to 2024, Jason was an Operating Advisor at the firm and a member of the Board of Directors at Ingredients Plus, a former Graycliff portfolio company. Jason has extensive experience leading portfolio companies in both growth and turnaround environments and a strong track record of driving value creation through strategic growth initiatives, corporate development, acquisitions, and integration. Jason has held numerous operating roles at private equity-backed companies, including as COO of ACERTUS, a tech-enabled automotive logistics company based in St. Louis, MO. Previously, Jason was an operating partner for Corinthian Capital Group, where he developed and led performance improvement/lean initiatives and strategic growth projects for the firm’s portfolio companies with a focus on accelerating revenue and EBITDA expansion. Jason is a graduate of Harvard Business School, MBA, and the Pennsylvania State University, BS in Economics.
