Graycliff Partners Announces Investment in E&E

September 11, 2018: Graycliff Partners LP announced it has completed an investment in E&E IT Consulting Services, Inc. (“E&E” or the “Company”), an IT consulting and staffing firm that provides consultants and staff augmentation for a full range of services including systems infrastructure, development and support of web applications, and help desk support. Based in Mechanicsburg, PA, the Company hires and manages part time consultants to work on short and long-term assignments for clients in the private and public sectors. Graycliff’s $7.0 million subordinated debt investment supported a debt recapitalization and shareholder dividend payment.
