Graycliff Announces Credit Follow-On Investment in Guidewell Education

Graycliff Partners LP announced that it has completed a follow-on unitranche debt and minority equity investment in Guidewell Education, a provider of best in-class college admissions counseling, test prep, academic tutoring, and other educational services for students in the US and UK. The investment supported Atlanta-based private equity firm Eagle Merchant Partners' acquisition of Guidewell.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Sacramento, CA, Guidewell provides a full suite of premium academic services to over 20,000 students annually, from third grade through the graduate level. Guidewell serves both individuals and schools, offering end-to-end support by engaging with students and their families throughout each stage of the academic journey.
