Graycliff Partners Announces Credit Investment in Worklyn IT Holdings

Graycliff Partners LP announced it has completed a unitranche debt investment in support of Worklyn Partners' acquisition of NOYNIM IT Solutions. NOYNIM will be combined with Worklyn’s existing investment, NetXperts, to offer a full suite of IT services to small and medium sized businesses.

NOYNIM, based in Denver, CO, is an IT services provider delivering technology solutions to small and medium sized organizations in the Mountain West Region. NetXperts, based in Walnut Creek, CA, provides IT solutions including network engineering and managed services primarily to state, local, and educational customers. The combination of NOYNIM and NetXperts creates a platform that offers a broad range of IT services while also setting the stage for additional strategic acquisitions.
