Sarah is a Principal at the firm. She joined Graycliff in 2026. Prior to joining Graycliff, she was a Principal at Heartwood Partners, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to Heartwood, she held positions at Baird Capital and Houlihan Lokey. Sarah holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. She also earned a Masters of Accounting Science and a BS in Finance and Accounting from the University of Illinois.
