Will is a Principal at the firm. He joined Graycliff in 2024. Prior to joining Graycliff, he was a partner at Delos Capital, a middle market private equity firm. Prior to Delos, he held positions at A&M Capital Partners, Monomoy Capital Partners, and Lazard. Will graduated with honors from DePaul University with a BS in Economics and Finance.
