Graycliff Announces Fulham's Acquisition of Nualight

Graycliff Partners is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Fulham Co. Inc., a designer and manufacturer of lighting components and electronics, has acquired Nualight Limited, a designer and provider of high-performance lighting solutions primarily for refrigerated display cases (RDCs).

Founded in 2004 in Cork, Ireland, with key management and R&D functions located in Crawley, UK, Nualight is a leading global brand delivering innovative, reliable, and long-lasting products to the North American and European RDC markets. Its product portfolio includes a wide range of application-specific luminaires sold under the ION and ORION brands, as well as a range of power supplies, connectors, and systems that support easy installation and compliance with global standards.
